SECURING A SUMMER RESERVATION

Please Call or Email our Offices to see which weeks are available.

In order to secure a Summer Reservation at our facility, we need to receive the following materials by mail:

1. A completed "Summer Program Registration Request" (page 8 of the RMC Handbook)

2. A completed "Attendance Declaration Form" (page 10 of the RMC Handbook)

3. ½ of your group’s total lodging fee (per person charge - see Rate Schedule in RMC Handbook or Click Here). Your Lodging Fee is Non Refundable after January 15, 2009.

4. $500 Security Deposit (will be returned after your stay assuming no damages)

The other half of your Group’s Lodging Fee is Due March 2, 2009. This amount is Non Refundable.

SECURING A FALL - SPRING RESERVATION
(Mission Trips, Retreats and Conferences)

In order to secure a Reservation at our facility during the Fall - Spring Season, please Call or Email our Offices to see which weeks are available.

To secure your reservation, we need to receive the following materials by mail:

1. One of the Following:

For a Retreat or Conference, we need to receive a completed "Registration for Retreat" Form (see page 9 of the RMC Handbook) or

To Participate in our Spring Break Mission Program, we must receive a completed "Spring Break Program Registration Request" (see page 7 of the RMC Handbook)

2. ½ of your group’s anticipated total lodging fee (per person charge - see Rate Schedule in RMC Handbook or Click Here)

3. $500 security deposit.

Mail your deposits promptly.

Security deposits become non refundable forty-five days before your scheduled arrival date.
